All orders are shipped from our distribution center via USPS to arrive in your home within 5-7 business days of placing your order, unless otherwise noted. It can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive a tracking number for your order (don’t worry, we've already built this into our shipping timeline).

We accept returns received within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. A $7.95 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit. In case you wish to exchange an item, you can opt to receive your refund in the form of store credits instead. In this case, the $7.95 shipping cost charge is not applied.
Please note that all discounted sales are final.
To return your item(s), follow the steps below:
1. Initiate your return below by adding the email address you used to complete the order and your order number.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and give us some details on what didn’t work out for you. Every feedback is a gift and helps us get better.
3. Select if you prefer your refund to original payment method ($7.95 processing fee) or store credit (processing fee on us).
4. We will email you a prepaid USPS label. Print it and tape it to the outside of your return envelope. Please ensure all previous shipping labels or information has been removed.
5. Drop it at your local post office!
6. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving your returned items.
